Do we allow dogs? Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome inside and out. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times in the estate. We ask that you please do not bring dog beds into the cafe and please do not allow pets onto the furniture. Please be sensitive to other guests who may have fears and allergies.

We reserve the right to ask your party to leave if your dog is disruptive in the cafe or courtyard.

Do we reserve outside tables? No, outside tables are first come, first served

Can I reserve a table of 9 or more? Yes, Please email us to arrange. We will require a pre-order for food, groups of up to 8 can book online as normal.

Do you take bookings for large groups? Yes for tables of 10 - 24 we can arrange a set group menu. Larger groups can be accommodated by prior arrangement across two sittings.

Do you need credit card details to reserve a table? A pre-authorisation on a credit card is required to secure a booking of 5 or more. This becomes non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your visit or the party does not show up. Please call the cafe with any concerns.

Do you take cash? From 2026 we are a cashless venue, so we kindly accept card and mobile payments only. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you do outside catering? No we don’t offer outside catering at this time, except to guests staying on the Kailzie Estate in the bunkhouse.
